Simone grew up on Oahu, Hawai’i. Growing up on the islands instilled a love for the ocean and the outdoors from a young age. She has a B.Sc. in Marine Biology, is a passionate conservationist, enjoys surfing and diving, mountain biking, camping and of course yoga. She brings a watery element to her fluid and flowy vinyasa classes, but with her strong athletic background, you can also expect to work up a sweat. Simone has been a practitioner of yoga for over 10 years, and completed her RYT 200-hour certification specializing in vinyasa yoga in Sydney, Australia. She aspires to share her passion for yoga with others both on and off the mat while leading strong yet fluid vinyasa yoga classes designed to strengthen the body and steady the mind.

This non-heated Vinyasa Flow class welcomes yogis of all levels. This class uses a variety of postures to cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance. This class will take you through sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining postures, backbends and core strengthening.
