Are you ready for a challenging class to take your practice to the next level? Are you looking to refine the basics (breath, bandhas and drishti) and learn the origins of your Vinyasa practice? Are you working on building your inner strength, endurance, and flexibility? Ashtanga is waiting for you! This is a challenging class, expect a good amount of chaturanga dandasanas. However, please skip them if you need to.
Immerse yourself in the traditional style of Ashtanga yoga. This Ashtanga Improv class will break down the primary series (otherwise known as the first series) into manageable pieces for all levels.
