Kristin Delaney

Kristin likes to use yoga as a moving mediation, always focusing on the breath with each movement and staying present in the moment. She likes empowering individuals by combining strength, flexibility, and mindfulness into each class. She has always been active through weight training and running, but since having a regular yoga practice, she has noticed the benefits of slowing down and moving with intention. She believes yoga has a place in everyone’s life and being able to incorporate it daily is one of the best gifts you can give yourself.
