Ashtanga Yoga

Are you ready for a challenging class to take your practice to the next level? Are you looking to refine the basics (breath, bandhas and drishti) and learn the origins of your Vinyasa practice? Are you working on building your inner strength, endurance, and flexibility? Ashtanga is waiting for you! 


This is a challenging class, expect a good amount of chaturanga dandasanas. However, you are encouraged to move at your own physical comfort level. Immerse yourself in the traditional style of Ashtanga yoga. This Ashtanga class will break down the series into manageable pieces for all levels.


If you are willing to focus on the breath, the body will open over time.  


All levels welcome, don’t be intimidated!
